PM has a brand new overpass - was started in June and finished in December - try finding that kind of schedule in the U.S. or Canada.....! Anyway, it diverts the through traffic going to Playa del Carmen and Tulum and allows the local traffic to access PM.Pretty spiff - but the funny thing is the lighting! It looks like a 1970s disco scene at night with all these colours fading into one another.
